member.invite_resent

When it fires

After ResendInviteService has bumped the invite and the new email has been sent. If the email cannot be sent, the invite is restored to its previous state and no event is emitted.

The token stays the same. A resend bumps the resend counter and pushes the expiry out, so any link already in the invitee's inbox keeps working under the new expiry.
