variable.bulk_created

When it fires

After CreateVariablesService succeeds. Used by the dashboard import and by v1 API POST /projects/{slug}/environments/{environmentSlug}/variables/bulk.

envless push from @goenvless/cli does not come through here. It sends creates, updates and deletes in one apply call, which emits variable.applied.

A single bulk operation emits one variable.bulk_created event with an array of all created variables, not N individual variable.created events. If you need per-variable handling, iterate the array.
